How to make cheese last for longer

- Keep the cheese in the fridge. Cheese of any kind must be kept at room temperature.

How to determine if cheese is safe
It’s creamy. It’s decadent. Sometimes it can be a bit too strong. An overpowering smell is not always bad when it comes to your favorite cheese. Many cheeses can be quite strong-smelling but still delicious to eat.
