I Love Maple and hate the sugar. Canadians and Maple Purists will hate me when I say this, but if you don’t want the maple flavor without any added sugars, there are some great sugar-free maple syrups available. Two that come to mind are from Queen and Walden Farms. They use sugar alcohols instead.
